    Voluntary freezing of the Online Trading account : 

    Process for clients to freeze or block online access to their trading accounts as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/4 dated January 12, 2024.

    • How to Freeze or Block Trading Account:

    Clients can request freezing or blocking of their trading account if they observe suspicious activity through the following channels:

    1. Email: Send an email to stoptrade@mindexcapital.com
    2. Phone: Call 011-40904000(Press 1)

    • How to Unfreeze or Unblock Trading Account:

    – To re-enable the trading account, clients must submit a request via their registered email address.
    – Account reactivation may take up to 24-48 hours following due diligence by the Risk Management Team.

    Note- Currently, account opening is only available through physical means.

    • Collect the account opening form from the customer service representative. Fill in the required details such as your contact details, and other personal information accurately.
    • Choose the type of account you wish to open, & provide all the necessary documents to the customer service representative for verification.
    • Submit the filled account opening form along with the required documents to the representative.
    • Once all the documents are verified, your account will be created, and you will receive your UCC and other details.

    b) Detailed write up on procedure for filing a complaint on designated email id/ Toll-free number along with Flowchart and video if any (optional). Provisions are to be made for sharing Ticket Number once the complaint is lodged.
